It gave my life back.
Years ago I was diagnosed with SCAD, a spontaneous tear in a coronary artery. I was young and fit. Recovery wasn’t a question of willpower. It was a question of whether I could rebuild a daily life that my body could actually sustain.
Most plans assume infinite discipline. The Feel Great System gave me a ritual instead of a rulebook: a morning cup, a pre-meal drink, a window of eating. Quiet, repeatable, hard to mess up.
Family started doing it with me. Then close friends. Their numbers moved. None of us became different people, we just stopped fighting our own bodies every afternoon. That’s why I share this. Not as a product. As the lifestyle that gave me mine back.
